Member Specialist (Branch) - Full time and Part time (Capital District) -

- Responds in a positive manner with alternative solutions when a member’s initial request is not possible.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and customer service and/or hospitality experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak and write using proper spelling and grammar
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information to members, potential members and employees of SEFCU.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Must be eligible for bonding.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must be able to represent SEFCU in a professional manner through actions and appearance.
