Scholarships

SEFCU’s commitment to education starts with our youngest members. In 2009 the credit union presented $18,000 in scholarships to SEFCU members in the Capital Region, Binghamton, Buffalo and Syracuse to help alleviate some of the financial burden higher education places on families.

Who is eligible:
• SEFCU members who are seniors in high school
• Students planning to attend an accredited two or four-year college

Timeline
• December - applications are available
• January 22, 2010 - applications are due to SEFCU
• During the month of May, 2010, scholarship winners are announced

To request an application packet, please call 518-451-2897 or 866-733-2880 x2897 or e-mail marketing@sefcu.com
