Would you prefer to talk with a SEFCU representative? Then welcome to SEFCU’s Member Solutions Center, where you can bank by phone with the help of our friendly, professional staff. Apply for loans, request information or perform nearly any branch transaction without ever leaving your home or office. Member Solutions Center representatives are available when you need them: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.  

Accessing the Member Solutions Center is as easy as picking up the phone. Simply call 518-452-8183, or 800-727-3328 from outside the 518 area code. Hearing-impaired members can reach us through our TDD line at 518-464-5252. We also have bilingual representatives to assist our Spanish-speaking members.
