Have you ever been halfway through filling out an online loan application before you get stuck and need to contact a SEFCU representative? Don’t worry. You can get instant answers with SEFCU’s Live Help feature.

Just click on the Live Help icon in the upper right hand corner of sefcu.com and “chat” live with a SEFCU employee about general credit union questions weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If you have questions specific to your account, log in to your SEFCU OnLine account, click on “Contact SEFCU”, and type your question. Since this is a secure site, our representatives will be able to provide detailed answers about your pending loan application or your account balances.

During non-business hours, you can send secure e-mails to a SEFCU representative via SEFCU OnLine for a response the next business day. To read the answer, just log into your SEFCU OnLine account, click on "Contact SEFCU" and then click on “E-mail in box”.
